Organic watermelon hydrosol and organic aloe vera leaf juice form the dual base, replacing plain water with two biologically active hydrators. Polyglutamic Acid from natto beans, Hyaluronic Acid, and Rice Ceramide then work in layers to deliver and seal moisture from surface to barrier.
