At 100% Pure Singapore, we are committed to the quality of our beauty products. Due to the personal nature of our products, all sales are final. We only accept returns or exchanges in the event of a manufacturing defect or if the product arrives spoiled (e.g., unusual odor, texture, or discoloration).” Please bear in mind that 100% Pure products are made with natural ingredients and consistencies like shades, textures may vary with every batch.

- Reporting Window: Issues must be reported within 48hrs after receiving of delivery.
- Documentation:Â Please provide photos or videos clearly showing the defect or spoilage.
Non-Returnable Items
- Change of Mind:Â We do not offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind.
- Used Items:Â Products that have been opened or used for personal preference (e.g., scent, texture preference) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
- We monitor returns and reserve the right to refuse service to anyone that may misuse or abuse the policy.
