Thank you very much for your purchase of 100% Pure products. We strive to ensure that all our products are checked properly before we dispatch but sometimes when a product is sealed, we may not be able to check the inside condition.

In any case where there is any product fault, we will gladly do an exchange of the item or a refund via your mode of payment. 

Cancellation of Orders

Once an order is processed any cancellation will have a charge of 10% of the value. This is due to the credit card charges imposed by banks and plus restocking fees.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Time of Delivery / Placing Orders 

We will strive to process your orders the next day unless it is a weekend. We will not process any orders on Friday due to the weekend as we do not like to put our products in any holding areas where is might be hot, so we will process on the next working day. 

Please note that all 3rd parties courier services delivery are subjected to their schedule and they will strive to deliver as soon as possible.
